The SPEDucated Collective is a coaching cohort for educators who are done with surface-level support and ready for strategies that actually translate into student growth. This isn’t another course or a binder of resources—it’s the bridge between what you’re told to do and what actually works when you’re standing in front of your students with real needs, real behaviors, and real gaps to close.
Each month, you’ll focus on one high-impact strategy and get the tools, coaching, and support to implement it with clarity and confidence. Instead of guessing or piecing things together, you’ll learn how to take feedback, apply it in real time, and see meaningful progress in your classroom—without burning yourself out in the process.

Over the course of three months, we partner with educators to increase their confidence in executing special education services. We provide educators with skill development through frequent coaching, feedback cycles, and direct instruction aligned to three core domains: compliance and systems, specialized support, and leadership development.

The Proactive Behavior Manager Course strengthens the behavior management and foundation of any classroom. Educators are encouraged to move slowly through the course to increase their ability to internalize and reflect on information before putting it into action. Enrollees should attend monthly office hours to get feedback on their SPEDucated homework assignments and seek implementation clarity.
