Your Coach
I’m Diana Williams, an educator and SPED leader with over a decade of experience helping teachers support diverse learners with confidence. I’ve taught, coached, and built special education systems across the country, and I know how overwhelming it feels when the strategies you’re given don’t match the students in front of you.
I created The SPEDucated Collective to change that. Inside this coaching cohort, you get practical tools, real partnership, and judgment-free support. My goal is simple. to help you feel confident, prepared, and grounded as you create classrooms where every student can grow.
FAQs
-
Perfect — this is designed for any teacher working with students with disabilities, whether or not you’re certified.
-
This isn’t a replacement. It’s the missing SPED lens that makes your existing coaching finally click.
-
I hear you — budgets are real. That’s exactly why I built three flexible options.
You can join the Starter tier for just $60 per quarter (or three payments of $25). That’s less than the cost of one TPT bundle each month, and it gives you ready-to-use tools that save hours of planning time.If you want more support, Pro is $150 per quarter and Elite is $500 per quarter, but you never have to start there. Most educators begin with Starter, get quick wins, and upgrade only if they’re ready.
My goal is to give you practical support without adding financial stress—so you can choose the tier that fits your budget and still get what you need to help your students grow.

Here’s a concise, leader-centered response that speaks to budget, district options, and your inclusive membership.
Absolutely — and you’re not just welcome here as a leader, you’re needed.
We offer district and school-based pricing, which means your campus can cover the cost for you or enroll multiple teachers at a reduced rate. This makes the membership more affordable and ensures everyone is using the same tools, language, and supports.
And yes, leaders can join too. Many of our members are APs, SPED coordinators, coaches, and department leads who want clearer systems, stronger teacher support, and practical ways to strengthen outcomes for students with disabilities.
Whether you join individually or bring your school on board, you’ll get the same access to ready-to-use resources, live support, and a community committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
