I’m Diana Williams, an educator and SPED leader with over a decade of experience helping teachers support diverse learners with confidence. I’ve taught, coached, and built special education systems across the country, and I know how overwhelming it feels when the strategies you’re given don’t match the students in front of you.
I created The SPEDucated Collective to change that. Inside this coaching cohort, you get practical tools, real partnership, and judgment-free support. My goal is simple. to help you feel confident, prepared, and grounded as you create classrooms where every student can grow.
