Special Education Support That Moves Teams From Overwhelmed to Equipped

HOW WE WORK

Too often, educators leave professional development inspired but unsure what to do next.

At The SPEDucated Leader, we bridge the gap between learning and implementation through engaging professional development, coaching, classroom observations, leadership support, and ongoing resources that help teams put new strategies into practice.

Whether you're looking for a single keynote or a year-long partnership, we'll build a plan that fits your goals.

Hear What Past Clients Have Said

  • I feel more confident in how I manage classroom culture and behavior, in the requests I make from students (e.g. I was afraid of asking students to hand over their phones, now I confidently hand them a leather pouch and they submit their phones without resisteance). The students are more responsive as a result.

Behavior Series Participant, East Harlem Charter School

  • The session was quite informative. It provided a case study to identify trauma enforced situations, and how they connect to the domains of impairment. The groups had opportunities to dialouge about strategies used and receive additional strategies that can be applied.

Trauma Sensitive PD Participant, Excel Charter School

  • Very informative for teacher who struggles with interacting with students with disabilities
